It is made by preparing personalized whitening plates by taking measurements from the inside of the mouth. Whitening gels are given to the patient to apply inside this plate. The desired result is obtained if the gel is applied for 10-15 days by wearing the plaque for 4-6 hours (usually before sleeping).
